Ordering:

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks or COD orders. Your card will not be charged until the order is processed. Our cart is Level 1 PCI compliant, rest assured your data is secure. Do you charge sales tax? If your order is shipped the state of Florida, we are obligated to charge sales tax on the order. During checkout we will display the sales tax and total your order.

How do I redeem a promo code (online coupon)?

From time-to-time Cigarette Racing Team sends special promotional offers to our newsletter subscribers or facebook fans. Offers may include a "promo code". Activate your promo code during the payment step of the checkout process. If your promo code fails to activate it may because it has expired, or perhaps the items in your shopping bag are not eligible. Please note: Promo codes may not be combined with other offers and are not valid at our retail store locations. Finally, promo codes/coupons can't be used for orders that are already processed.

Do you have a retail location?

No. The warehouse is located at the Cigarette Racing Team headquarters, but we do not maintain open retail hours.

Shipping:

When do you ship?

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments are processed within 24-48 hours*. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. *NOTE: Specialty items may take additional time to ship. If additional shipping time is necessary, it will be stated in the item description. How do you ship? We ship exclusively through FedEX. FedEX is integrated with our cart and will automatically calculate the shipping cost to give you an exact rate. Do you ship outside of the United States? No, unfortunately, we currently only ship to destinations within the United States.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Our goal is to make sure that all of our fans and customers feel like Offshore legends in our apparel. In the event, that you need to return or exchange any of your purchased apparel, please read our return and exchange policies below.

RETURN POLICY

We at Cigarette have committed to curating the ultimate display of luxury and performance in each product in our apparel line. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, any items purchased on the Cigarette store – with the exception of sale items – can be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Once you have sent your return package to the Cigarette facilities, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. In order for your return to be fully processed, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Must still have full tags and tickets attached
  • Cannot be a sale item (all sale items are final sale)

When your return has been processed, your refund will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to you. The payment method used at the time of purchase will help determine just how long it will take for you to receive your reimbursement:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of receipt of your confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmation email.

EXCHANGES

The Cigarette store is proud to have created a legendary collection filled with various style, color, and sizing options. If you feel that one of these options would better suit you than the item you purchased, you can exchange any previously purchased items through the official Cigarette store at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery date.

Be sure to include the information for the item you would like to receive in exchange for the one you purchased so that we can accurately process the exchange.

Once your previously purchased item has been received, inspected to meet the above listed conditions, and accepted, we will send you your new product as well as a confirmation email.

Sale items cannot be exchanged as they are final sale.
