RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make sure that all of our fans and customers feel like Offshore legends in our apparel. In the event that you need to return or exchange any of your purchased apparel, please read our return and exchange policies below.

RETURN POLICY

Our team at Cigarette have committed to curating the ultimate display of luxury and performance in each product in our apparel line. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, any items purchased on the Cigarette store – with the exception of sale items – can be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate any returns or exchanges, please fill out our return form at Return Service Portal

Once you have sent your return package to the Cigarette facilities, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. In order for your return to be fully processed, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Must still have full tags and tickets attached
  • Cannot be a sale item (all sale items are final sale)

When your return has been processed, your refund will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to you. The payment method used at the time of purchase will help determine just how long it will take for you to receive your reimbursement:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of receipt of your confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges through our online Return/Exchange Link. To initiate an exchange, please follow the instructions provided in the portal and submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will process the exchange and ship your replacement item promptly.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping label can be generated directly through our return portal when submitting your exchange request.
